The goal was to create a thought-provoking, informative motion video inspired by a reading that showcases evidence and data as information. The project brought together type, image, 2D and 3D motion design, audio, and voice-over in a cohesive and controlled manner. Being only a minute long, it was vital to boil down the topic's compelling and essential plot points. The project required 2 instances of dynamic data visualizations that seamlessly integrate into narrative, Voice-over with sound, and music with thoughtful Type.

I learned an extreme amount in this project such as breaking down an academic article for the various pieces of information that needed to deliver the motion piece, learning various old and new motion methods for creating compelling and dynamic story arcs, working with a voice actor, how to do script writing, and create vocal and musical connection with script to create a focused motion piece. Everything came together to create this piece.
