We used design and imagery to show mental health professionals that they are joining a dynamic organization that are fostering mental health and promoting the value of the mental health care worker. Worked with designers Xin Liu and Jonathan to create campaign that is cheap to produce and approach from a non-profit angle.
Recruiting mental health workers is important to the cause of Homeboy Industries because they are the ones able to perscribe medications, assist with clarity on a road to recovery, and offer proper trained assistance to those in dire need of returning to society in a safe and functional manner.
Inspiring these voulenteers with a bright community of fellows was one of our primary goals.
